What we do not collect

We do not collect, sell or share any data about visitors. The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts.

Server logs

The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, operated by Google Ireland Limited. The hosting provider automatically records technical request logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system type. These are used solely to operate and secure the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not combine them with any other information and do not use them to identify individuals.

Email contact

If you write to contact@metisora.ai, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to reply and to continue the conversation about possible work together, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle the matter, and afterwards for the applicable limitation period.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data and do not share it for marketing purposes. It is accessible only to the service providers we use to run the business - website hosting and email. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; this takes place under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise them, write to contact@metisora.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Changes

If we add anything to the site that collects data - a contact form, analytics, a booking calendar - we will update this document and change the date at the top.
